The Act of the Establishment of Juvenile Reformatory Schools and Enforcement of Education Article 21
A Reformatory School shall have a dean of academic affairs, a dean of disciplinary affairs, and a dean of counseling, who are concurrently serving as the Institution's teachers and counselors.
