Enforcement Rules of Act Governing the Appointment of Educators Article 23

The incumbent staff of all levels of schools selected and appointed before the enforcement of the Act, if possessing one of the following qualifications, shall be qualified the appointment in accordance with the law:1. Pass any of the exams for the civil servants held in accordance with the examination laws.2. Have been confirmed the appointment in accordance with any of the appointment laws for the civil servants.3. Have registered to be eligible and acquired the certificates granted by the Ministry of Civil Service.For staff and rare technicians who do not possess the qualifications as stated in the preceding paragraph, the Civil Servant Performance Rating Measures Act as well as its related provisions may apply mutatis mutandis to their performance evaluation.
中文原文 教育人員任用條例施行細則第23條
本條例施行前已遴用之各類學校現任職員，具有下列資格之一者，依法取得任用資格：
一、依考試法規所舉行之各類公務人員考試及格者。
二、依公務人員各種任用法規銓敘合格者。
三、登記合格領有銓敘部證書者。
未依前項規定取得任用資格之職員及稀少性科技人員，其成績考核準用公務人員考績法及其相關規定辦理。
