Act Governing the Appointment of Educators Article 40
The table of job rankings of school principals, teachers and athletic coaches shall be enacted by the Ministry of Education; the official levels, position levels and function levels of school staff shall apply to the provisions of the Act Governing the Appointment of Civil Servants.The former salary list adopted by the staff appointed before the enforcement of the Act shall be adjusted in accordance with the equivalent levels of functions.

學校校長、教師及運動教練之職務等級表，由教育部定之；學校職員之官等、職等及職務列等，適用公務人員任用法之規定。
本條例施行前遴用之職員適用之原有薪級表，得配合相當職務列等予以修正。
