Regulations on Promoting and Subsidizing International Sports Exchange Article 17

Recipients of subsidizes under the Regulations shall execute each approved plan; should there be any need for change of the plan, it shall be executed only after changes have been approved by the central competent authority,submitting the reasons in writing and revised plan to the central competent authority.For execution or plan revision not in accordance with the aforementioned Paragraph 1, the central competent authority may suspend subsidies and pursue return of all or part of the subsidies which have already been granted.Recipients of subsidies under these Regulations who fail to implement the approved plan, violate these Regulations or other relevant laws, or submit false financial statements or expenditure reports, may have all or part of their subsidy revoked by the central competent authority. If funds have already been disbursed, the authority shall issue a written administrative order requiring the recipient to return all or part of the disbursed funds within a certain period.If a recipient of subsidies under these Regulations falls under any of the circumstances described in the preceding two paragraphs, the central competent authority may take such circumstances into account when reviewing the recipient’s future subsidy applications. In cases of serious violations, the authority may also reject any new subsidy applications from the recipient for a period of one to three years.
