National Sports Act Article 10
The central competent authority should establish a system for training and test of Sports Professionals.The scope of the Sports Professionals in the preceding paragraph is to be decided by the central competent authority; the test for qualifications, issuance, corrections, renewals of certificates, the fees of test and certificate, the withdrawals and revocations of certificate and other regulations that ought to be followed are to be decided by the central competent authority.

中央主管機關應建立體育專業人員之進修及檢定制度。
前項體育專業人員之範圍，由中央主管機關定之；各體育專業人員資格檢定、證書核發、校正、換發、檢定費與證書費之費額、證書之撤銷、廢止及其他應遵行事項之辦法，由中央主管機關定之。
