Preschool Educators’ Act Article 29
Matters pertaining to the administration of preschool educators in private educare service institutions shall be clearly defined in contract.Regarding the employment, resignation, and termination of private preschool educators, the provisions of the Teachers’ Act shall be applicable if they have been applied mutatis mutandis prior to December 31, 2011.

私立教保服務機構教保服務人員管理相關事項，以契約明定之。
私立幼兒園教師之聘任、離職及資遣，於中華民國一百年十二月三十一日以前已準用教師法相關規定者，仍依其規定辦理。
