Compulsory Education Act Article 6
Parents or guardians of school-age nationals have the obligation of ensuring the enrollment of their children or wards, and cooperate with the school to implement family education; institutions or individual persons who care for or are entrusted with the guardianship of school-age nationals have the same obligation.
