A Fund is to be used for the following:1.Teaching and student scholarship and grant payments.2.Research costs.3.Continuing education payments.4.Cooperative education payments.5.Asset and property addition, expansion, and improvement related payments.6.General and administrative expenses.7.Other school development related payments.
