Primary and Junior High School Act Article 55
Any student who completes courses at supplementary compulsory education school with passing grades is permitted to graduate and shall receive a graduation certificate from the school giving the person has the same graduation qualification as a person who graduated from a regular school, of the same category, at the same level.Directions related to the assessment of the achievements referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the special municipality and county (city) competent authorities.

國民補習教育之學生，修業期滿成績及格者，准予畢業，並由學校給予畢業證書，具有同級、同類學校之畢業資格。
