The Act of the Cooperative Education Implementation in Senior High Schools and the Protection of Student Participants’ Rights Article 29

The competent authorities at all levels shall, in conjunction with the local labor administration competent authority, review and examine the cooperative education between schools and partner institutions; the items, methods, criteria, rewards and penalties of the assessment, as well as other matters to be observed, shall be determined by the central competent authority.In addition to the previous assessment, the labor administration competent authority may arrange labor inspection of partner institutions.
