The Act of the Cooperative Education Implementation in Senior High Schools and the Protection of Student Participants’ Rights Article 27

During the course of the training, partner institutions shall not discriminate against student participants on the basis of their gender or sexual orientation, and shall prevent the occurrence of any sexual harassment. Upon becoming aware of any incident of sexual harassment, the partner institutions shall take effective corrective action and remedial measures immediately.During the course of the training, if the students suffer sexual harassment or discrimination due to their gender identity or sexual orientation, the filing of appeals, its legal requirements, and the partner institutions’ liability to pay compensation for damage shall be based mutatis mutandis on the Act of Gender Equality in Employment and relevant regulations.
