Enforcement Act for Non-school-based Experimental Education at Senior High School Level or Below Article 3
The non-school-based experimental education as mentioned in this Act (hereinafter referred to as “experimental education”) shall refer to education, other than school education, that are non-profit, adopts experimental curriculum, and aims to develop holistic citizens with balanced teachings of morals, knowledge, physical strength, social skills, and aesthetics.Persons qualified to enter elementary school, junior high school, or senior high school may enroll in experimental education applicable to the respective education level pursuant to this Act; persons enrolled in experimental education are regarded as students of schools at the respective level of education.Students enrolled in experimental education during the period of national compulsory education pursuant to this Act are regarded as enrolled in school education of the equivalent level and are exempted from the Compulsory Education Act.

本條例所稱非學校型態實驗教育（以下簡稱實驗教育），指學校教育以外，非以營利為目的，採用實驗課程，以培養德、智、體、群、美五育均衡發展之健全國民為目的所辦理之教育。
具有國民小學、國民中學或高級中等學校入學資格者，得依本條例規定參與各該教育階段實驗教育；參與實驗教育者，視同各教育階段學校之學生。
依本條例規定參與國民教育階段實驗教育之學生，視同接受同一教育階段之學校教育，不受強迫入學條例之規範。
具有國民小學、國民中學或高級中等學校入學資格者，得依本條例規定參與各該教育階段實驗教育；參與實驗教育者，視同各教育階段學校之學生。
依本條例規定參與國民教育階段實驗教育之學生，視同接受同一教育階段之學校教育，不受強迫入學條例之規範。
