Enforcement Act for Non-school-based Experimental Education at Senior High School Level or Below Article 23
The municipal, county, or city competent authority shall order the experimental education administered in violation of this Act or the experimental education plan and those determined in the evaluation result as poor performance or detrimental to students’ rights to make improvement within a given deadline; failure to comply accordingly may result in revocation of experimental education permit by the EERC.

實驗教育之實施違反本條例或實驗教育計畫、經實驗教育評鑑結果辦理不善或有影響學生權益之情事者，直轄市、縣（市）主管機關應令其限期改善，屆期未改善者，經審議會審議通過後，廢止其辦理實驗教育之許可。
