Act of School Fundraising to Support the Education of Financially Disadvantaged Students Article 3
The terms of this Act are defined as follows:1. Education savings account: refers to designated accounts opened by a school at a post office or other financial institutions for the purpose of receiving and using fundraising money to assist financially disadvantaged students.2. Financially disadvantaged students: refers to registered students counter difficulty of taking school education due to low family income, medium-low family income, sudden disruptions or other special circumstances that have resulted in family financial hardships.

本條例用詞，定義如下：
一、教育儲蓄戶：指學校為收支、保管及運用勸募之金錢，以扶助經濟弱勢學生，而依本條例之規定，於郵局或金融機構開立之專用帳戶。
二、經濟弱勢學生：指家庭狀況屬低收入戶、中低收入戶、突遭變故、因其他特殊狀況造成家庭經濟困難，致無法順利接受學校教育之在學學生。
