Early Childhood Education and Care Act Article 36
Parents or guardians and parent associations may request the following information from the municipal or county (city) competent authority, who shall not refuse such requests:1. Educare service policies.2. Educare service quality monitoring mechanisms and practices.3. A list of approved educare service institutions.4. Regulations regarding the fees and refund of educare service institutions and the tuition amount.5. Results and reports on preschool accreditation and evaluations.

父母或監護人及家長團體，得請求直轄市、縣（市）主管機關提供下列資訊，該主管機關不得拒絕：
一、教保服務政策。
二、教保服務品質監督之機制及作法。
三、許可設立之教保服務機構名冊。
四、教保服務機構收退費之相關規定及收費數額。
五、幼兒園評鑑報告及結果。
