Early Childhood Education and Care Act Article 1
This Act is enacted to ensure young children’s right to appropriate education and care, establish guidelines of education and care, enhance the system of early childhood education and care (hereinafter referred to as “educare”), and safeguard their right to sound physical and psychological development.Family childcare services for young children shall follow stipulations of The Protection of Children and Youths Welfare and Rights Act.
