Teachers’ Act Article 47
The assessment and accreditation of the qualifications of part-time teachers at educational institutions at all levels shall be undertaken in accordance with the provisions of this Act.The regulations governing the rights; obligations; qualifications; appointment; termination of agreements; suspension of agreements implement and related reporting, collection of information, checking; and other matters pertaining to Part-time Teachers, and Substitute Teachers shall be prescribed by the Central Competent Authority.The qualifications of teachers of professional and technical subjects, and nursing teachers who teach health and nursing courses at educational institutions at all levels shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Statute Governing the Appointment of Educators.

各級學校兼任教師之資格檢定與審定，依本法之規定辦理。
兼任、代課及代理教師之權利、義務、資格、聘任、終止聘約、停止聘約之執行與其通報、資訊之蒐集、查詢及其他相關事項之辦法，由中央主管機關定之。
各級學校專業、技術科目教師及擔任健康與護理課程之護理教師，其資格均依教育人員任用條例之規定辦理。
兼任、代課及代理教師之權利、義務、資格、聘任、終止聘約、停止聘約之執行與其通報、資訊之蒐集、查詢及其他相關事項之辦法，由中央主管機關定之。
