Teacher Education Act Article 9
A person with an academic record from a foreign university at bachelor’s degree level or higher that has been recognized by the central competent authority as having already completed the Pre-service Teacher Education Courses shall be issued a Pre-service Teacher Education Completion Certificate.The recognition referred to in the preceding paragraph and the standards governing the associated fees shall be prescribed by the central competent authority.

持國外大學以上學歷，經中央主管機關認定其已修畢師資職前教育課程者，發給修畢師資職前教育證明。
