Teacher Education Act Article 19
The items of fees that Teacher Education Universities charge for the Pre-service Teacher Education Courses and Practical Education Training, the associated uses, and the amounts charged are not permitted to exceed the scope determined by the Central Competent Authority, and the details shall be submitted to the Central Competent Authority for review and approval before implementation.
