Regulations Regarding Study and Counseling Assistance for Overseas Compatriot Students in Taiwan Article 1

These Regulations have been formulated in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 3 of Article 25 of the University Act, Paragraph 1 of Article 32 of the Junior College Act, Paragraph 1 of Article 41 of the Senior High School Education Act, and Paragraph 1 of Article 30 of the Primary and Junior High School Act.
