Regulations Governing the Establishment and Assistance of Overseas Taiwan Schools Article 34
The MOE may provide grants and/or subsidies to students at an Overseas Chinese School which satisfies the provisions of the preceding article. These comprise student scholarships, bursaries for students from low-income families, tuition assistance, and subsidies for group insurance for the students.When providing the grants and subsidies for students referred to in the preceding paragraph, the MOE shall consider a student’s nationality, the program they are undertaking, eligibility, their family’s financial burden, and matching funds that will be provided by the school.

本部對符合前條規定之海外臺灣學校學生得給予獎、補助，其範圍包括學生獎學金、清寒助學金、學費及學生團體保險之補助。
前項學生獎、補助，應考量學生國籍、修習課程、申請資格、學生家庭負擔及學校提供之配合款等條件。
