Regulations Governing the Establishment and Assistance of Overseas Taiwan Schools Article 15

Each Overseas Chinese School shall publicly disclose the items, purposes, and amounts of the fees collected from students each academic year. Clear details of these shall be given on the school’s online bulletin board and in the school’s enrollment brochure.An Overseas Chinese School is not permitted to have its students of Taiwanese nationality comprise less than fifty percent (50%) of the school’s total enrollment. However, this requirement does not apply if an Overseas Chinese School that was established before the amendments to these Regulations promulgated on September 1, 2010 has special circumstances that it has reported to the overseas mission with jurisdiction to forward to the MOE, if the MOE gives approval.
