Arts Education Act Article 9
Extension education may be offered by schools for arts education at all levels, as well as universities, colleges, and junior colleges with art departments or graduate institutes, and senior high schools, junior high schools, and elementary schools with Art Gifted Classes ; the relevant governing regulations shall be prescribed by the designated educational authorities at the corresponding levels.
