Arts Education Act Article 22
For the purpose of providing Social Art Education to Public, public social and cultural organizations shall select and appoint specialists or skilled craftsmen in arts; the relevant governing regulations shall be jointly prescribed by the Ministry of Education and the Central Competent Culture Authority.
