Library Act Article 17
The designated authorities shall conduct regular performance evaluations of the libraries under their governance. Rewards and/or subsidies shall be given to the top-performers, while improvements are to be demanded from those with undesirable performance.

各級主管機關應定期實施圖書館業務評鑑，經評鑑成績優良者，予以獎勵或補助，績效不彰者，應促其改善。
