Library Act Article 10
Each library shall be managed by one curator, director, or administrator, and may engage specialists to deliver the above services.The curator, director, or administrator of a public library must be chaired by person of adequate professional capacity.In the case of public libraries, the personnel described in paragraph one shall be appointed according to the Civil Service Employment Act, and if necessary, the Act of Governing the Appointment of Educators or other acts wherever applicable.

圖書館置館長、主任或管理員，並得置專業人員辦理前條所定業務。
公立圖書館之館長、主任或管理員，應由專業人員擔任。
公立圖書館進用第一項人員，應依公務人員任用法規定任用，必要時，得依教育人員任用條例規定聘任或依其他法規聘兼。
