Lifelong Learning Act Article 19
Governments at all levels shall allocate ample funding in their budget to implement and promote lifelong learning activities.To promote balanced regional development of lifelong learning, the central competent authority shall give priority to providing funding subsidies to outlying islands, remote areas, indigenous peoples, and special regions.
