Community College Development Act Article 11
Community college students who meet certain conditions of study may be issued study certificates by community colleges in accordance with the regulations formulated by the competent authority of the special municipality or county（city）; those who have accumulated a certain level of academic achievement may be issued study certificates by the competent authority of the special municipality or county（city）.The criteria for issuing study certificates and other related matters shall be prescribed by the central competent authority.

社區大學學員學習符合一定條件者，得依直轄市、縣（市）主管機關之規定，由社區大學發給學習證明；學習成就累積達一定程度者，得由直轄市、縣（市）主管機關發給學習證書。
