Regulations Regarding the Establishment of and Special Recognition for Private Social Education Institutions Article 24
A private social education institution that wants to voluntarily apply to terminate its operations shall set out the reason in writing and apply to the competent municipal, county, or city authority to do so. The competent municipal, county, or city authority shall revoke its registration after the application is approved.
