Regulations Regarding the Establishment of and Special Recognition for Private Social Education Institutions Article 22
A competent municipal, county, or city authority shall notify the applicant if it has reviewed and approved an application that it received pertaining to the circumstances referred to in either of the previous two articles; if such an application was not approved, it shall notify the applicant of the grounds for its decision.
