Regulations Regarding the Establishment of and Special Recognition for Private Social Education Institutions Article 20
A private social education institution that finds it necessary to change its founder, the person in charge, the type of institution established, or its name shall fill out an application form and submit that and other relevant documents to the competent municipal, county, or city authority, and may make the necessary change(s) after approval is given.
