Evaluation committee members and personnel involved in work associated with conducting evaluations shall keep all information received while conducting evaluation related work confidential, and they are not permitted to make any details public.The recusal of the personnel referred to in the previous paragraph to avoid a conflict of interest shall be handled in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act.
