Regulations Governing the Establishment of, Alterations to, and Cessation of Operations of Junior College Continuing Education Divisions Article 2
The establishment of, alterations to, and cessation of operations of a junior college continuing education division shall be undertaken in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.The transformation of affiliated supplementary advanced education schools and evening divisions of junior colleges, technical colleges, or universities of science and technology into continuing education divisions, in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 2, Article 11 of the Act, shall be undertaken in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.
