Junior College Act Article 43

Junior colleges shall handle group insurance for their students; each college shall prescribe the regulations governing the scope, amounts, payment methods, duration, criteria for benefits, rights and obligations, procedures for insurance procurement, and other related matters.When a student files a claim, the college shall actively provide the student with assistance. Junior colleges shall obtain public accident liability insurance covering the college premises and facilities. The regulations governing the scope of insurance coverage, insured items, amounts, and other related matters shall be prescribed by each junior college.

專科學校應辦理學生團體保險；其範圍、金額、繳費方式、期程、給付基準、權利與義務、辦理方式及其他相關事項之辦法，由各校定之。
學生申請理賠時，學校應主動協助辦理。
專科學校應針對學校場所投保公共意外責任保險；其投保範圍、對象、金額及其他相關事項之辦法，由各校定之。
