Junior College Act Article 11

Junior colleges may establish an evening division; the regulations governing its establishment, alterations, cessation of operations, and other associated matters shall be prescribed by the Ministry of Education.
中文原文 專科學校法第11條
專科學校得設進修部；其設立、變更、停辦及其他相關事項之辦法，由教育部定之。
本法中華民國一百零八年四月二十三日修正之條文施行前所設之專科進修學校及夜間部，自本法一百零八年四月二十三日修正之條文施行之日起，應依本法規定轉型為進修部；其已任職教職員工及已招收學生之權益，仍適用本法一百零八年四月二十三日修正之條文施行前之規定。
前項專科進修學校與夜間部轉型為進修部之程序及期限，於第一項辦法定之。
