Regulations Governing Accreditation of Teacher Qualifications at Junior Colleges and Institutions of Higher Education Article 37

After completing an accreditation, the Ministry shall inform the institution of the result of the review in writing and notify the applicant of the result in accordance with the following provisions:1. For those who are qualified, the institution shall notify the applicant of the result in writing within 14 days from the date of receiving the result of the review from the Ministry.2. For those who do not pass the review, the Ministry will notify the applicant in writing.

本部審定完成後，應以書面函復學校審定結果，並依下列規定通知送審人：
一、審定合格者，學校應自收受審定結果之日起十四日內，以書面通知送審人。
二、審定不合格者，由本部以書面通知送審人。
