A university endowment fund is to be used for the following purposes:1. Teaching and research expenses.2. Personnel expenses.3. Scholarships and grants for students.4. Continuing education expenses.5. Academia-industry cooperation expenses.6. Expenditures for acquisition, expansion, and improvement of assets.7. Other expenses related to university development.
