Regulations Governing Educational Institutions at All levels Applying for Work Permits for Foreign Teachers and Their Administration Article 16
These Regulations shall take effect on the date that the Act for the Recruitment and Employment of Foreign Professionals comes into effect.The amendments to these Regulations shall take effect on the date of promulgation with the exception of the amendments promulgated on June 30, 2026, which shall take effect on June 30, 2026.
