Enforcement Rules of the University Act Article 9
To offer credit courses in accordance with Paragraph 2, Article 11 of the Act, universities shall hold meetings on academic affairs at university-level for approval; Establishment of credit courses of special fields involving the control mechanism for training of human resources stipulated by related agencies of the government, universities shall be reported to the Ministry of Education for future reference.Credits to complete for credit courses shall be defined by universities with regard to the integrity of the design of the curriculum.

大學依本法第十一條第二項規定設學分學程，應經教務相關之校級會議通過實施；涉及政府相關部門所定人力培育總量管制機制之特殊專業領域學分學程，並應報本部備查。
