Enforcement Rules of the University Act Article 13
Any universities equipped with a Military Education Office according to the organization procedure shall allocate a director and several military training instructors and nursing teachers; the director shall be selected by the president from personal with sufficient qualifications or from 2 or 3 military training instructors recommended by the Ministry of Education.

大學依其組織規程設軍訓室者，置主任一人、軍訓教官、護理教師若干人，主任由校長自職級相當人員或本部推薦之軍訓教官二人至三人中擇聘之。
