Private School Act Enforcement Rules Article 2

The private schools at various levels referred to in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act mean private universities, junior colleges, high schools, junior high schools, and elementary schools approved and registered by the school's competent authority pursuant to the Act.The various types of private schools referred to in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Act mean private schools approved and registered by the school's competent authority pursuant to the Act, and whose types comply with education laws and regulations.
