Private School Act Article 84
Private senior high schools at the senior high level or below may establish departments or classes offering non-domestic courses and enrolling students of foreign nationality after being approved by the competent authority of schools.Regulations governing the departments or classes including their establishment and enrolling of students mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the Ministry of Education.

私立高級中等以下學校，經學校主管機關核准後，得附設外國課程部或班，開設非本國課程，招收具外國籍學生。
