Private School Act Article 29
The board, chairperson, board members and supervisors shall exercise their powers in accordance with the Act and the donation charter, and respect the principal’s/president’s powers as endowed by the Act and related laws and regulations and contracts.The chairperson, board members and supervisors shall not serve as the principal of their school or hold any other administrative positions at the school concurrently.

董事會、董事長、董事及監察人應依本法及捐助章程之規定行使職權，並應尊重校長依本法、其他相關法令及契約賦予之職權。
