Regulations for the Establishment and Management of Private Elementary Schools, Junior and Senior High Schools, and Affiliated Preschools for International Residents Article 39

For those international schools which have legally registered and acquired approval to enroll students before December 31, 2008, the day the Rules receive approval after revision and put into effect, they can operate without adherence to the limits regarding land premise area, full-time teacher-to-student ratio and establishment fund.The aforementioned international schools which have registered and acquired approval to enroll students before the promulgation of the Rules shall complete adjustment of the organization of Board of Directors, its charter and so on in three years after the promulgation of the Rules to eliminate any deviation from the revised Rules.
