Regulations for the Establishment and Management of Private Elementary Schools, Junior and Senior High Schools, and Affiliated Preschools for International Residents Article 37
A SIR shall submit the inventory lists of its teachers, staff and students on a regular schedule annually to the regulating authorities for inspection.The regulating authorities of the municipal government or county (city) government shall conduct annual inspections, regularly or randomly, of a SIR by paying visits to the school.
