Regulations for the Establishment and Management of Private Elementary Schools, Junior and Senior High Schools, and Affiliated Preschools for International Residents Article 22
The management and use of the SIR’s establishment fund and properties shall be under the scrutiny of regulating authorities. The school’s fund and expenses shall not be loaned to or entrusted to the Chairperson of the Board, the Directors, other non-financial institutions or individuals.
