The Compilation and Administration of Education Expenditures Act Article 1

This Act is enacted to ensure the sound development of education and to enhance the effectiveness of education budgets, in accordance with Paragraph 2, Article 5 of the Educational Fundamental Act.The compilation and management of education budgets shall be governed by this Act. Matters that are not addressed by this Act shall be governed by other applicable laws.
