The Enforcement Rules of the Education Act for Indigenous Peoples Article 5
The municipal, county, or city indigenous education councils referred to in Article 8 of the Act may be convened to accordance with the needs of municipal, county, or city governments (hereunder referred to as “local governments”) to deliberate the following matters:1.Formulation of indigenous education policies and projects.2.Establishment of indigenous schools.3.Selection and compilation of teaching materials of ethnic education courses for schools at senior secondary level and below.4.Planning matters related to the training and selection of indigenous education teachers.5.Planning the promotion of family education for indigenous peoples.6.Provide guidance and advice on matters related to the setting up of organizations to expand indigenous education.7.Other matters related to indigenous education.
中文原文 原住民族教育法施行細則第5條
本法第八條所定直轄市、縣（市）原住民族教育審議會，得依直轄市、縣（市）政府（以下簡稱地方政府）需要，就下列事項進行審議：
一、原住民族教育政策及方案之擬訂。
二、原住民族學校之設立。
三、高級中等以下學校民族教育課程之教材選編。
四、原住民族教育師資培訓、甄選等相關事項之規劃。
五、原住民族家庭教育推動計畫。
六、輔導設立原住民族推廣教育機構相關事項。
七、其他有關原住民族教育事務。
