The Enforcement Rules of the Education Act for Indigenous Peoples Article 2
Providers of ethnic education shall respect the cultural characteristics and values of each of the indigenous peoples and shall organize appropriate associated education measures and activities that are based on indigenous peoples’ histories, languages, art, customary everyday practices, social systems, ecological resources, and knowledge systems.
