Act Governing Preferential Treatment on Educational Expense for the Survivors of Military and Civil Servants and School Educators Article 4

The preferential treatment mentioned in the preceding paragraph include tuition, miscellaneous fees, uniform, books, staple diet, and non-staple diet costs.The tuition and miscellaneous fees in the preceding paragraph shall be subject to the regulations provided by the competent educational administration authority. In terms of other fees, for colleges and universities shall be based on the standard of public funds for teacher training, and for schools below secondary schools, the fees shall be separately determined by the competent education administrative authority.
